Skills and Qualifications:
- Works with multiple internal teams with CREATE like Sales, Operations & Finance to identify business trends and patterns to gather data to create reporting that will inform promotional strategies, sales trends.
- Manages and manipulates very large datasets within MS Excel.
- Analyzes and reports on business-sensitive data, presenting findings and suggestions for business process improvements.
- Understands regular expressions to find and manipulate the patterns in data, and investigate errors.
- Demonstrates ability to take ownership of data and ensure data is accurate and validated.
- Compiles, identifies trends, and evaluates data to support the Retail & E-Commerce team in decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced/expertise skills in Microsoft Excel and industry best practices with an impeccable eye for detail.
- Good in maths and spreadsheet skills.
- Understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using statistical techniques.
- Coming up with pragmatic solutions with respect to the task at hand
- Knowledge and experience using a variety of techniques to communicate data insights.
- Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving and multitasking while being committed to excellence.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
